Job Responsibilities
- Extensive experience as a Business Analyst in medium to large technical programs within IT services-oriented organizations.
- Sound understanding of current digital technology stacks and web/mobile development practices.
- Proficient in writing BRD (Business Requirement Document), FRD (Functional Requirement Document), SRS (Software Requirement Specification), and creating design flow charts/diagrams. Familiarity with wireframing.
- Ability to act as a technical consultant and propose appropriate technology platforms and solutions.
- Experience in various work estimation patterns and project analysis.
- Bonus if experienced in development with PHP, .NET, or Python.
- Skilled in conducting discussions with clients and project teams to comprehend requirements.
- Capable of creating, analyzing, and validating detailed functional and business specifications.
- Expertise in conducting requirement walk-throughs and obtaining requirement sign-off from customers/clients.
- Proficient in facilitating knowledge transfer and providing clarifications to development and testing teams.
- Additional strength in new business development, exploring new opportunities in the region, and delivering compelling sales pitches and presentations as a technical consultant.

Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analysis and Solution Architecture Design in Digital Tech solutions.
Skills
- Proficiency in creating technical and functional documents.
- Ability to provide solutions beyond technology boundaries.
- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Capability to estimate project efforts accurately.
- Strong problem-solving skills, fast learning ability, and excellent analytical capabilities.
- Familiarity with various technologies such as Cloud Server, PHP, .Net, Python, Java, MEAN/MERN Stack, etc.
- Excellent command over verbal and written communication in English.
