Job Responsibilities

The role is responsible for overall design, mapping of client business requirements to systems/technical requirements. The role is required to work with clients to assess current state processes and tools,
identify ServiceNow platform solution options, define ServiceNow solution requirements,determine and define integration requirements, develop overall architecture and review every production code.

  1. Client Consultation and Sales:
  • Conduct initial consultations with clients to understand their immigration needs and goals.
  • Provide detailed information on various visa options, eligibility requirements, and the application process for Australian immigration.
  • Convert inquiries into sales by effectively communicating the benefits of our services and addressing client concerns.
  1. Sales and Revenue Generation:
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by closing new client deals.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional services to clients.
  1. Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and exceptional customer service.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
  1. Documentation and Compliance:
  • Assist clients in preparing and submitting necessary documentation for visa applications.
  • Ensure all applications comply with Australian immigration laws and regulations.
  • Keep up-to-date with changes in immigration policies and procedures.
  1. Marketing and Outreach:
  • Participate in marketing activities to promote immigration services, including attending events, webinars, and networking opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and campaigns to attract potential clients.
  1. Reporting and Analytics:
  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and sales activities using CRM software.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and client feedback to the Sales Manager.

Skills

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, International Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in immigration consulting or sales, preferably for the Australian market.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
